With over 35 years of experience in real estate, lending, and insurance, Joe Costa is the Founder and CEO of Park Place Collective—a fully licensed real estate, mortgage, and insurance brokerage specializing in residential, commercial, and life insurance solutions. His leadership philosophy centers on integrity, innovation, and creating a seamless client experience that bridges all aspects of homeownership and financial well-being.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Joe is the Co-Founder of Get Fit Financially, a lifestyle and wellness brand that integrates mind, body, soul, and financial balance. Through community-driven events featuring yoga, meditation, breathwork, cold plunges, and expert-led discussions on mental health and financial empowerment, Joe helps people find harmony in every aspect of life. These immersive experiences often feature wireless headphones to create a deeply engaging, connected environment.
Earlier in his career, Joe was instrumental in the development and national launch of a patented children’s product with Coverplay, where he helped secure intellectual property rights, establish sales processes, and negotiate partnerships with leading hotel chains.
Together with his wife, Marni Costa, Joe is deeply committed to giving back—both through their wellness initiatives and through mentorship within the real estate and lending community. The couple shares five children and enjoys staying active by attending group fitness classes, hiking, and continuing to embody the holistic balance they promote through their work.
